Common Issues

Report didn't load after payment

This can happen during high traffic. Try signing in and checking your Dashboard for your report. If it's not there, email us with the listing URL and we'll either regenerate it or refund you.

Refund request

If your report failed or didn't meet expectations, email us and we'll process a full refund within 24 hours. No questions asked.

Report is taking too long

Reports usually generate in under 60 seconds. If you're stuck on a loading screen, try refreshing the page. The report may already be ready on your Dashboard.
